14-Night Comfort Guarantee

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your bed purchase from Beds R Us. If after 14 nights you are not satisfied with the comfort your bed is providing we will gladly exchange it for you (provided a mattress protector has been used). This exchange will incur a service charge plus any freight costs that may be incurred.

Online customers should contact the Beds R Us Customer Care at info@bedsrus.co.nz to select another mattress of equal or greater value. If you purchased your bed instore please contact the store directly.

Conditions of Exchange:

We are unable to make exchanges on mattresses that have not been used with a mattress protector due to hygiene reasons.

Merchandise must be clean and free of holes, tears and stains of any kind or we cannot make the exchange.

No comfort exchange will be made after the 14th night. Limit of two exchanges only.

The 14-Night Comfort Guarantee applies ONLY to comfort and not to size, and is applicable only to mattresses and bases and not to furniture or accessories.

Beds R Us does not offer refunds.
