What is FastShip ?
We know sometimes, time is not on our side – and you need a bed solution, FAST!
We are excited to launch our new FastShip service, featuring a curated selection of products that are shipped to eligible locations, and FAST!
What is an eligible location?
These are areas we have negotiated with our courier partners to ensure speedy delivery, and cover most metro and wider areas.
We are always adding to our distribution zone so if your area is currently ineligible make sure you check back soon!
How do I know if an item is FastShip ?
Our FastShip items are labelled with a small lightening bolt and the words FastShip. This indicates these items are available for immediate delivery, if you are in an eligible location.
Why is it faster?
We have worked hard to identify the products that our customers want quickly, like spare bedding, and convenience beds - useful for the bach or those unexpected guest arrivals. We make sure this curated collection is kept in stock and our warehousing team is chomping at the bit, to process your orders as soon as they arrive.
What if one item in my cart is FastShip and another isn’t?
In the event you start with a FastShip item in your cart, then add a non-FastShip item, a pop up message will appear, to let you know that your cart no longer qualifies for FastShip. If you choose to proceed, all items within your cart will revert to the standard BedsRus delivery processes. If FastShip really is your only requirement, you will need to remove the non-FastShip item from your cart to get it delivered, quick!
How fast is it?
In many cases it can be within hours! However – if your delivery location is further afield, or you have ordered outside of standard business hours, or later in the day – this can slightly push out lead times. While we are mindful of not promising turn arounds, you can see our ‘estimated’ time frames below. If you absolutely need your item within a very specific date, before completing your order you can contact our customer support team, who should be able to give you more detail.
