What is the BedsRus 30 Day Comfort Guarantee?
Our 30 Day Comfort Guarantee allows you to exchange your mattress if it doesn’t feel right after sleeping on it at home. If, within 30 days of delivery, you find that the comfort isn’t quite what you expected, you can exchange your mattress for another of equal or greater value.
This policy is designed to give you peace of mind when choosing your bed. Please note that the Comfort Guarantee applies only to exchanges; we do not offer refunds on purchases.

Why 30 Days?
It’s entirely normal for your body to take time to adjust to a new mattress. In the first few nights, it is not uncommon that you may experience minor aches or discomfort as your body adapts to a new level of support. This usually settles very quickly.
We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least three weeks to allow both you and the bed to adjust. During this time, small changes, such as adjusting your pillow or mattress protector, can also help fine-tune your comfort.
If, after 30 days, your mattress still doesn’t feel right, simply contact your local BedsRus store. Our team will be happy to talk through your experience and help you find a more suitable comfort level.
