Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur and where this occurs we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
Where reference is made to Supersize, Upsize or Upgrade in a promotion, this refers to paying the same price for the larger bed advertised as the smaller bed advertised. It does not refer to the consumer receiving an additional bed at no extra cost.
Price Beat Guarantee
The proof of the identical product must be shown and documented prior to the sale. Our offer to beat an advertisement price is made, subject to the following terms and conditions.
If the customer provides a copy of a catalogue, an advertisement broadcast on commercial radio, cover printouts/snapshots of competitors online web pages, telecast on commercial television or published in a daily newspaper (other than in the classified section) by a local competitor (within New Zealand) by which the competitor offered the unconditional sale and immediate delivery to the public of a product identical to the relevant product for an unconditional advertised cash price, which is less than the price offered by BedsRus for the relevant product after all allowances, rebates and discounts, then BedsRus at the store’s discretion will beat the advertised price. The offer to beat the competitors price cannot be accepted by a customer: (a) more than once in relation to a relevant purchase; or (b) if the competitor price is conditional, or a price determined after the allowance of any amount for, or is part of a promotion involving, financing, delivery, rebates, cash back offer, free or bonus offer, trade discount, stock clearance or any limited quantity promotion; or (c) if the customer cannot prove to the reasonable satisfaction of BedsRus that the competitor could, on the date of the relevant purchase, supply the competitor product to the customer out of stock on hand of the competitor at the retail premises or warehouse of the competitor.
Furthermore, BedsRus will not accept proof of competitor prices after the sale has taken place or at a later date, regardless if the item/s purchased are pending or awaiting delivery. BedsRus will not offer a reduction or change in price, or any alteration to the transaction in the unlikely event a customer finds a lower price at a competitor after their purchase time and date. Any subsequent change or cancellation of purchase will adhere to the standard BedsRus cancellation and refund policies, and will be subject to standard cancellation fees and terms.

Online Purchasing Terms
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your purchase from the BedsRus online store. Your order is place on the understanding that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Lead Times on Online Orders
Please be aware that different items carry different lead times. We are unable to quote delivery lead times on online orders. If you need a product by a certain date, contact your allocated store to get a better indication on lead times. Keep in mind however that any timelines quoted are indicative only and we will not be held liable for any delays. Please be aware of this when placing your order.
2. Purchasing Online
All colours, textures and fabrics of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however size specifications may differ slightly. Colours and textures may also appear slightly different on this website due to computer/device picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds in this instance.
Where the product listing is King Single or smaller, a Single image will be featured for indicative purposes only. Where the product listing is a Double or larger, a Queen image will be featured for indicative purposes only.
All orders are subject to availability of stock. Offers which appear on this website will be available until stocks sell out.
You confirming you have read these Terms is confirmation of your agreement that your goods are purchased on this understanding.

3. Cancellation Policy
By clicking on ‘Pay Now’ you are committing to purchase. Unless we otherwise stipulate, all online transactions including related delivery and additional charges (if any) require payment in full at time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, at which time, we will notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
4. Pickup & Delivery
If you have selected “Pick Up/Collect” – You must accept the goods from our nominated premises within a reasonable time period.
If you have selected “Delivery” – Our standard delivery rates are quoted based on driver rates at time of sale. These rates are based on external variables such as quantity of deliveries, kms, size, driver’s workload etc. If you would like to discuss the delivery fee you have been quoted online please call your nearest store.
Delivery times quoted by BedsRus are approximate only and we are not responsible for any delays.
We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding reasonable access is available. If reasonable access is unavailable or you are not at home at the agreed delivery time you will be charged for any subsequent delivery.
On delivery, inspect your goods carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and your allocated store. Once you have inspected your goods and have signed their acceptance on the delivery copy noting any damage, you agree that the delivery copy is then evidence of the condition of the goods as at the time of delivery.
Please organise adequate protection for your floors and internal surfaces prior to delivery as BedsRus are not responsible for damage to your floors or internal surfaces caused in any way by the delivery of your goods. Due to OH&S requirements, delivery personnel must wear appropriate footwear at all times so take measures to ensure your floors and internal surfaces are protected.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices appearing on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in intended areas. We are not responsible for goods that have not been measured and subsequently do not fit were intended.
Unless otherwise agreed with us, disposal of packaging is the responsibility of the customer and we will not be responsible for the removal of any packaging material
7. Orders General
i. You may only place an order if you are over the age of 18 and resident in New Zealand. By placing an order, you confirm that this is the case.
ii. Each order that you place and which is accepted by BedsRus will be a separate and binding agreement between you and BedsRus with respect to the supply of the relevant goods, in accordance with these Terms.
iii. You acknowledge that all goods that you order are intended for personal, domestic, non-commercial use only.
iv. If you place an order for someone else to receive the goods, you must obtain their consent before providing us with their personal information and, by placing an order, you confirm to BedsRus that you have done so.
v. Please ensure that you enter all information carefully when placing an order. You warrant to BedsRus that all information provided by you in relation to your order is complete, true and accurate.
vi. Except to the extent otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the New Zealand Consumer Laws), BedsRus will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a result of your order information (such as the delivery address) being incomplete or inaccurate or as a result of being unable to change or cancel your order once BedsRus has accepted your order.
vii. An order submitted by you is an offer by you to purchase the goods for the price plus the applicable delivery fee as shown in the shopping cart. BedsRus may accept or reject your offer in its absolute discretion.
viii. Where you place separate orders, the goods will be delivered separately, and a separate delivery fee will apply to each order. We cannot consolidate separate orders into one delivery.
ix. Where you order more than one item in one order, all goods for which your order is accepted at the same time will generally be dispatched together in one package.
8. Customer Service
i. For any enquires or to seek progress on your order please call the store that has been assigned to your order – please see your email confirmation.
ii. If you have selected ‘pick up’ your store or customer service representative will be in touch when your goods have arrived and are ready for collection.
9. Refund Policy
i. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
ii. Please choose carefully however as we do not refund simply for change of mind or circumstances.
10. Proof of Purchase
In order to apply for a refund, exchange, repair or claim a warranty, you must have clear proof of purchase of either your tax invoice or receipt. BedsRus hold a limited history of orders and aren’t provisioned to search for archived transactions. Presenting proof of purchase is your responsibility so please retain your invoices and/or receipts as we cannot act without sufficient proof of purchase.
11. Other Terms
i. Our accessories in print/website/television or any other media or advertising are for display purposes only. Our display accessories shown in photographs are not included in prices quoted.
ii. Actual product colours may vary slightly due to printed/web colour.
iii. BedsRus reserve the right to correct errors and misprints and to change product specifications.
iv. All goods are advertised in good faith and will be available, except in circumstances beyond our control. A failure by the manufacturer/supplier to deliver in accordance with sample, description or at all, may result in some goods being unavailable.

Online Payment Options Terms
Afterpay is available for consumers over 18 years of age, is a New Zealand resident and must have a valid debit or credit card. Four, equal fortnightly interest free payments with Afterpay is available on purchases between $1 and $1,500 online and in selected stores. If you fail to make payment, a late payment fee of $10 will be charged with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid. When purchasing with Afterpay you are bound to the Afterpay Terms of Service which you can find here.
To be eligible to purchase with Laybuy you must be a New Zealand resident over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of a current credit/debit card. Six, equal weekly interest free payments with Laybuy is available on purchases between $120 and $1,500 online and in selected stores. A late fee of $10 will be applied to your account 24 hours after a missed payment. When purchasing with Laybuy you are bound to the Laybuy Consumer Buy Now Pay Later Terms & Conditions which you can find here.
ZipPay is available to those who have applied online at zip.co/nz and are 18+, have a New Zealand debit or credit card and have a New Zealand Driver’s License. Paying 25% of the initial payment and the remaining amount in three, equal fortnightly interest free payments with ZipPay is available on purchases between $50 and $2,500 online and in selected stores. If a payment is missed, an $8 default fee per week is charged (capped at $40 total fees per purchase). Humm is available to consumers who are 18 years or older, are a permanent resident of New Zealand, have a valid email address and mobile number, have a New Zealand driver’s license or passport, are permanently employed working at least 25 hours per week or receiving New Zealand superannuation or veterans’ pension, and have not been discharged bankrupt or have reasons to believe you may become insolvent. Five, equal fortnightly interest free payments is available on purchases between $1 and $1,000 online only. A $10 late payment fee will apply if payment is not made by the due date. Gem Finance: 18 Months Interest Free (Online)
Amount payable will be shown on your monthly statement. Normal credit and lending criteria and fees apply (including a $52 Gem Visa / $50 Gem Creditline annual fee) Minimum purchase $999 for existing customers only. Maximum purchase $30,000. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment of 3% of the outstanding monthly balance or $20, whichever is more, will not be sufficient to repay the purchase amount(s) within the promotional period. By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The closing dates for each competition will be on the last day of each month.
The competition is open to New Zealand residents only. BedsRus NZ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person for the duration of each competition will be accepted.
Entries are for new sign ups to the newsletter database only.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of BedsRus.
The winner will be chosen at random. The competition is administered by either the Social Media or Support Office team for BedsRus. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

30 Day Comfort Guarantee
The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee applies to Beds only.
The bed or mattress must be recommended by a BedsRus staff member in-store.
An approved mattress protector must be purchased with the mattress and used with the mattress, on which the BedsRus Comfort Guarantee has been offered.
The guarantee is void if the mattress shows any visible signs of abnormal wear, including but not limited to: stains, rips, unusual smells, or is in a condition where it cannot be resold. The guarantee and therefore exchange will also be void if the mattress is damaged.
The BedsRus Comfort Guarantee will not be offered on beds bought for use as spare beds, or where the purchaser is not the prime user of the bed (the subjective assessment of comfort is not transferable).
The BedsRus store will charge pick-up, delivery and restocking fees for mattresses involved in any BedsRus Comfort Guarantee claim.
If the exchanged mattress is valued higher than original purchase, the difference is to be at the customer's cost.
The price of the exchanged mattress will be the ticketed price in store at the time of the exchange.
This offer is limited to one exchange only and excludes special orders.
California King and Single sized beds are excluded from the guarantee. Note: King Single sized beds do qualify for the 30-day Comfort Guarantee.
Our new FastShip range is a curated collection of items that our customers often need the fastest.
We have negotiated with warehousing and courier partners to ensure this selection of items is in stock and ready for immediate processing. When the customer places an order – while we have provisioned for orders to be processed immediately – we cannot be held responsible for the unlikely event event that external issues delay the dispatch of the order. In unforeseen circumstances; staffing, logistics, courier partners and supplier issues can effect the deliverability of your item and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. If your item is required by an absolute time frame, please contact our customer service team to understand the likelihood of making this deadline and we will endeavour to assist where we can.
Order processing and shipping is limited to business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) currently. Orders will be processed within the hour on standard business days during standard business operating hours (8:00am – 5:00pm). This process refers to the receiving of the order, picking the product and registering it with the courier company. It does not refer to the courier company processing the order. All external processing does not fall under the ‘processed within the hour’ claim. Orders must be placed by 11:59am on business days (Monday to Friday) to ensure same day delivery.
FastShip is limited to certain eligible areas, however, we are regularly growing this distribution network. If your area is currently ineligible, please check back in the future. FastShip is currently limited to online only and not available in local stores currently.
