About the Team

Our team brings decades of sleep and retail experience, led by Gavin, with 21 years specialising in Sleepyhead beds and known for his enthusiasm and passion. Allan adds 10 years of bed consultation expertise - and is the world’s biggest Elvis and Austin Powers fan. Tim brings 17 years of sales and customer experience, including six years in beds, and proudly claims the title of the world’s biggest Stevie Nicks fan (and best dad to five fur babies). Sam rounds out the team with five years of sales experience working with quality New Zealand‑made brands, a diploma in interior design, and plenty of flair and passion.

When it comes to helping you achieve a great night’s sleep, we’ve got you covered. We’ll guide you through your bed purchase with expert advice, a good yarn along the way, and a genuine focus on making every in‑store experience exceptional - that’s what makes our team unique.
