I have completed an online order, what will happen from here?
Once your order is completed, it will be assigned to the store closest to you to process and arrange delivery. A staff member will contact you on the phone number provided to organise a date and time that suits you. Please note orders are processed on business working days only.
How long will it take for my new bed to be delivered?
This will vary depending on the model you wish to purchase. If your require your bed by a specific date please contact us with the bed model and size, your location and when you require the product. We can then give you a more accurate lead time.
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns for products purchased through the website so please choose carefully. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we are happy to discuss options with you.
How do I cancel my online order?
Call your local store to advise them of the cancellation. They will need to notify the support office at info@bedsrus.co.nz of your cancellation & order number. We will be in touch with you to process the refund.

Enjoying our new mattress very much. Firm but soft, if that makes sense. The only issue we have is it is very high for a standard bed frame., which is what we have. If you had a disability, a bit older with mobility issues, it would be quite hard to get into. You would have to buy a new frame as well.
This bed is the best I've ever slept in!
It seemed quite high when it first arrived because I was used to a low bed. Not an issue though.
It so easy to manouvre the base and mattress as they are so light compared to beds of yesteryear. I couldn't believe the delivery guys carried the double mattress and base in one hand each!
Very good purchase
Very comfortable giving softness but with the necessary support for my back
I first tried it at 37 weeks pregnant and it took away my pain and gave me the comfort I needed but also provided support and stability. It feel like we’re sleeping on a cloud! The best bit is the supportive springs allowed me to get up and out of bed without straining. Oh and I can’t feel my husband rolling around either.
